Hamas on Tuesday banned outdoor prayers in the Gaza Strip just days after thousands of Palestinians defied the Islamist group and staged public prayers as a way of protesting against its rule.

How quickly the protestors start using the tactics of those who they were protesting against.

Taleban 'getting Chinese weapons'

Britain has privately complained to Beijing that Chinese-made weapons are being used by the Taleban to attack British troops in Afghanistan.

It will be some corrupt Chinese official. Would not want to be him if he gets caught.

President Musharraf suffered a fresh blow in his bid to retain power in Pakistan today, as a Supreme Court ruling gave the former prime minister Nawaz Sharif the right to return from exile ahead of upcoming elections.

Will this be the end of Musharraf? Personally I don't think so. He is still head of the army but it's going to make his life much more difficult as the opposition movement now has someone they can all rally around.
